This Sailor Moon S Miracle Romance Cosmic Heart Cheek is the first item that is “colour makeup”. The compact is decorated with seven stones to give it a luxurious look. The design next to the mirror and on the separator sheet is reminiscent of the 90s anime look. When you use the included puff to dab the blush onto your cheeks, it’ll give a natural pink finish.
